Fomc- ALA-OH is an amino acid derivative that can be obtained from L-alanine by Fmoc protection. It has been reported that it can be used to prepare an aryl heterocyclic derivative (S)-5-(1-aminoethyl)-2-(3-(cyclopropyl methoxy) -4-methoxyphenyl)-N-(2, 4-difluorobenzyl) thiazole-4-formamide hydrochloride.
